纖維吸附式乾燥機 Fiber Desiccant Dryer

操作原理 operating principle:
本纖維吸附式乾燥機由兩組纖維管柱所構成,藉由一組進行除濕動作, 另一組進行再生動作, 兩者交替循環 ,藉以連續不間斷產生乾燥氣體,如圖示。
The Fiber Desiccant Dryer comprises of two fiber columns, one column is in dehumidification, the other is in regeneration. When the one column finishes dehumidification, then is switched to regeneration procedure. The two columns alternate with each other to continuously produce dehumidified gas, please refer to figure on the left side.

2015年新機 食品級除濕機 露點可達-60℃~-80℃，可過濾壓縮空氣中的油及粉塵粒子(1微米)，當露點-60℃時(水份10.68ppm)這樣乾燥空氣細菌無法生存。
